Ces fragments biologiques (cellules de peau, &eacute;cailles, poils, excr&eacute;ments&hellip;) permettent d&rsquo;identifier les esp&egrave;ces pr&eacute;sentes sans observation directe.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Cette section du site FauneFAC pr&#xE9;sente deux techniques d&#x2019;analyse de la biodiversit&#xE9; par l&#x2019;ADNe :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Le pr&#xE9;l&#xE8;vement d&#x2019;ADN sur les feuilles du sous-bois (leaf swabs).<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify\">Le pr&#xE9;l&#xE8;vement d&#x2019;ADN dans l&#x2019;eau.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;padding-left: 0px\">Ces m&#xE9;thodes offrent une approche non invasive pour surveiller la biodiversit&#xE9; et &#xE9;valuer la pr&#xE9;sence d&#x2019;esp&#xE8;ces sp&#xE9;cifiques.
