Development of components from flaxseed.
The PROFLAX project started following the second project invitation in December 2006 and was completed in December 2010.
To develop the technology related to the extraction and breakdown of flaxseed as well as the use of its components and to identify functional foods whose nutritional and/or techno-functional properties may be useful.
